The TVOC mailing list is enables all members of TVOC to keep in touch. By subscribing to the list you will receive all messages posted by other members and can send messages to all other subscribed members.
Subscribing
To subscribe to the mailing list simply enter your email address into the 'Your email' box and press Subscribe. Wait for an email sent to the address you entered. Open it and follow the link it contains. You must respond to this email. This takes you to a web page with a second form: Enter some details about yourself into the form and press 'Apply to this group'. If you don't fill in the second form with some information about yourself Duncan may assume you are just another spammer trying to join and reject your application. If that happens you are welcome to email Duncan separately. See below for how to contact Duncan.
Unsubscribing
To unsubscribe follow the link which appears at the bottom of every email you receive from the mailing list.
Posting messages
To post a message to the mailing list send the email to tvoc-members@googlegroups.com.
Changing email address
There are various ways of managing a change of email address.
1. Simply subscribe with the new email address. This method is fine if you do not care about the old address, i.e. you do not receive from it anymore.
2. Unsubscribe from the mailing list using the old address and then subscribe using the new address. Use this method if you will still use the older email address for other purposes. Note that this method may not work if your system sends the email from your new address. If you receive an error from the unsubscribe method please contact Duncan Booth (see below) and ask him to remove your old address.
